Hello everyone, I'm here to drop some exciting news! Things are moving in the right direction. All component shipments are in, all accessories are ready to ship (extension poles, hand grips, and adapters; they will ship with your GravGrip™), and our anticipation is growing!
GravGrips
The big news: We have approved all GravGrip™ injection mold components with our US manufacturer! This is a big breath of fresh air. Achieving a proper mesh of our hydraulic gearing system proved to be a timely task. We have learned the hard way that constructing a finalized injection mold is not as quick of a process as we originally expected.
What does this mean? Injection molding, the final phase of GravGrip manufacturing, will begin for all remaining GravGrip™ components. Backers will soon see pictures of assembled and packaged GravGrip's in future updates. Once packaged at our manufacturer, GravGrip's will be loaded onto a pallet, shipped to our fulfillment provider, and then shipped out to backers!
This is a quick check-in with the good news! We will deliver a detailed update shortly.
Thank you for your patience and continued support,

Hey guys, I know I've shared this project in the past, but its a product we feel our backers should know about! While GravGrip™ has your camera stabilization looked after, the team over at BIGSOFTI has your portable lighting solution sorted! Al Morrow, the founder at BIGSOFTI, and I have been back and forth helping each other through our crowdfunding journey. Both GravGrip and BIGSOFTI have transitioned from Kickstarter to Indiegogo to continue pre-orders. Check it out! CLICK HERE

Hello everyone, I'm happy to say this has been an extremely productive week for GravGrip! Below is where we stand with manufacturing.
GravGrips
GravGrip is near completion!
Field testing: We have assembled quite a few GravGrip's, all of which showed consistent results. Great news! This gives us confidence as we move towards mass production. This field testing included checking for proper functioning and checking for durability. Both have passed. A simple video is in the works.
As stated in our last update, our manufacturer had found 2 imperfections, one with the blue knob and one with the cylinder post. They have implemented these adjustments. I will pick up the new samples next week.

All GravGrip assembly parts and GravGrip accessories are now in our possession (or with our fulfillment provider). Feels good! The only hold back from mass production is approving the newest sample provided by our manufacturer. We will have our hands on it next week. Each update gets closer and closer. The excitement is building!
As we are now approaching mass production and fulfillment I want to remind everyone that you can update your shipping address up until we ship your GravGrip. To update your shipping address you need to re-access your survey. To reaccess your survey, search your email inbox for the email titled: "Response Needed -- Get your reward for GravGrip | Battery Free Camera Stabilization." After selecting the included link make sure to select the "Change Address" option in the top right-hand corner. You will then be able to make the appropriate change!
Still the same as our last update. We won't start production until GravGrip™ is perfect, so we will not rush this process. The good news, GravGrip performed great in this week's field testing. We are extremely confident GravGrip is near ready for mass production, but we will meet with our manufacturer next week to tie up loose ends and discuss any potential concerns. We are very close and very excited!

Hey guys, we have been in talks with James from Velnue. Especially given these times, you may take interest in his project now live on Kickstarter!
There's nothing attractive about hand sanitizing. Dispensers are ugly, almost clinical, and hand sanitizer seems to smell like rotten tequila more than anything else. But not anymore. Velnue is transforming what hand sanitizing looks and feels like. They've created a beautiful, easy-to-use touchless dispenser that's almost disguised as decor. Plus, their sanitizer smells like lemons, not liquor. It's ideal for your home or office. CLICK HERE to check it out!
Hello everyone, I am very excited to present you with this week's update. Good news is here! Below is where we stand with manufacturing.
GravGrips
In our last update, we announced what should be the final adjustment needed to complete GravGrip.
Status: The adjustments have been implemented. As you can see, the lid easily clicks/snaps into place and the gears now sit flush! We are currently field testing to ensure everything is good to go. Several GravGrip's will be assembled throughout the weekend to be tested. This is to ensure we achieve consistent results from one GravGrip™ to the next. Mass production will begin if GravGrip™ performs as expected during our field testing!
Pictured: Left shows when we first discovered the improper gear meshing of GravGrip's hydraulic stabilization system. The right shows the first attempt at correcting this issue; by making changes to GravGrip's lid.
Note: Our manufacturer has found 2 imperfections, one with the blue knob and one with the cylinder post. They are working on implementing these adjustments this week. These changes are not necessary but will increase the ease of operating GravGrip's height adjustment feature.
As long as field testing goes as expected. Next week's update could be the one we have all been waiting for!

Extension Poles
All extension poles have now been received.
Hand Grips
Cleared customs early this week. Currently in transit via UPS, scheduled delivery next week.
As seen above, everything is coming together. The gears are now meshing as they should and 2 quick adjustments will be implemented by our manufacturer this week. We will be back with the results in our update next week. Keep your eyes on our Kickstarter updates and join us on our manufacturing journey!
Still the same as our last update. We won't start production until GravGrip™ is perfect, so we will not rush this process. Field testing will take place this week, if we find no problems and GravGrip performs at a consistent rate we will begin mass production. We are very close and very excited!

Hello everyone, I'm checking in with a quick status update on where we stand. Next week's "Manufacturing Insider" update will be more action-packed.
GravGrips
In our last update, we announced what should be the final adjustment needed to complete GravGrip:
Status: Changes have now been implemented into the design, our manufacturer has tested the mold yesterday. We will be meeting in person shortly. The results will be shared in our next update. If we approve the changes we will immediately hop into production.
The good news:
Very minor changes are needed to begin mass production. We are now living the benefit of domestic manufacturing in the US. We can only imagine the delays if we were to have manufactured abroad. The hold up is unfortunate, but living 5 minutes from our manufacture makes for great communication and ease of setting up in-person meetings.

Other Components:
Extension Poles
Our second order of 2,000 extension poles has now been received!
Hand Grips
Currently waiting to clear customs at Port of LA. We will receive the shipment via UPS once cleared.
Backers can expect the fulfillment process to being as soon as the minor corrections are implemented and approved. We will make an update when this happens. At this point, you will see big things happening at GravGrip. We want to get our product right the first time, we know the delay is not what our backers want to hear, but a rushed version 1 is not an option.
Thank you for your support and patience,
