Hello Everyone,
Kevin here! This week's update is to share our progress with backer fulfillment.
Shipping Timeline
Mass production is in full force. As units are completed they will be forwarded to our Fulfillment company. They will then be shipped to backers. We have now shipped out over 9,000 orders! All international orders have now shipped. If you are an international order and have yet to receive a tracking number please email me: [email protected]. This is likely due to an address error or language translation error. I am working to correct these errored addresses as fast as possible. Be on the lookout for tracking information (via email).
Timeline Goals:
Week of December 7th: We finished shipping international orders! US orders began shipping in bulk. Additional 3,300 GravGrip's manufactured and will be forwarded to our fulfillment company first thing next week.
Week of December 14th: Finish shipping 4th batch of 3,300 GravGrip's. Receive the 5th batch late in the week to finish shipping all Kickstarter orders.
Week of December 21st: Any remaining Kickstarter orders finish shipping
Above is our best estimate for fulfilling GravGrip orders. Our fulfillment company (Fulfillrite) is capable of high volume pick and pack shipping. If this schedule is altered we will relay this information in our weekly update. All backers will receive tracking information via email.

This has been brought up several times by backers who have received tracking information. When you receive your tracking number it will include a list of GravGrip products you have ordered. These descriptions are for customs and translate to the following:
Mechanical Camera Stabilizer = GravGrip (Includes Cell Phone and Action Camera Adapter)
Plastic Camera Mount = Tripod Adapter
Plastic Camera Handle = Small Hand Grip Aluminum telescopic pole for cameras = Extension Pole

Hello Everyone,
Kevin here! This week's update is to share our progress with backer fulfillment.
Shipping Timeline
Mass production is in full force. As units are completed they will be forwarded to our Fulfillment company. They will then be shipped to backers. We have shipped out roughly 6,000 orders so far! There are around 800 international orders left to be shipped first thing next week. US orders will also begin in bulk first thing next week. Unfortunately, the holiday week mixed with Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales (this slowed our fulfillment provider down) slowed our roll more than anticipated. We are working hard to play catch up! Be on the lookout for tracking information (via email).
Timeline Goals:
Week of November 30th: Delivered 3,300 GravGrips to our fulfillment company. Shipped the 2nd batch of ~3,000 orders (International Focus). Additional 3,300 GravGrips manufactured and shipped to our fulfillment company.
Week of December 7th: Ship the 3rd batch of GravGrip's first thing next week. Ship the remaining 800 international orders. Begin Bulk US Shipping early in the week (United States Focus). Additional 3,300 - 5,000 GravGrips to arrive late in the week. Ship 4th batch late in the week or first thing the following week.
Week of December 14th: Finish shipping 4th batch of 3,300 - 5,000 GravGrip's. Receive the 5th batch to finish shipping all Kickstarter orders.

Hello Everyone,
Kevin here! I'm happy to see many of you commenting that you have received tracking information. It feels good to see the fulfillment process begin. Over 2,900 orders have been shipped out this week! We will continue to post weekly updates so everyone knows where we stand with shipping.
Shipping Plan
We have a change in plans to our shipping rollout strategy. With COVID-19 concerns growing we are focusing on weeks 1 and 2 shipments to international destinations (week 2 being this upcoming week). The sooner we get these orders out the door the better. We want to avoid any potential service provider delays similar to those earlier this year. This also allows for most international orders to arrive before Christmas.
There will be US orders sent out as well, but at a lower rate than our international orders. US orders in bulk will begin according to the timeline below. We are sorry to any early backers hoping to have had first dibs on shipment. The good news, US orders will likely arrive before most if not all international orders.
